Job Description
The Change Management Specialist directly supports the Change Management Manager in the successful implementation of change initiatives. This role executes structured change management plans, ensuring new processes, systems, and strategies are effectively adopted by employees. The Specialist focuses on tactical implementation by supporting communication and training efforts to facilitate a smooth transition and minimize disruption.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in change management/change readiness, with preference for technology projects experience
- Proven experience in project change management, preferably through a mix of high-level technological and organizational projects
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Background in IT preferred
- Change Practitioner Certification or equivalent is a plus
