Job Description
The Market Strategy Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies, conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses, and generating actionable insights to support business growth. The role ensures strategic alignment across retail marketing, sales, and pricing initiatives while maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or any 4-year related course
- At least 4 years experience in data analytics, market research, marketing, with experience in business strategy preferably in the power Industry
- Understanding of a wide range of industries, markets, and brands to support diversified retail strategies
- Proficiency in developing benchmarking tools, strategic marketing plans, and realistic execution timetables
- Experience in developing databases, market dashboards and performance monitoring tools for strategic decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite (particularly Excel/Sheets for data analysis)
- Familiarity with market research tools, data visualization, and analytics software
