Quality Control and Turnover Associate  

The QCT Associate conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers. They also provide solutions to the technical issues that may arise during residential unit turnover to ensure total quality control. Aside from this, they also support horizontal developments through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with the clients and their designer to ensure that the plans conform with the construction guidelines and deed of restrictions.

• Conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers
• Conducts internal (quality inspection from construction) and external punchlisting (turnover inspection with buyers)
  Conducts turnover and Assists in the preparation of client information kits
• Prepares weekly report on status of turnover
• Generates post-mortem report gathered from the feedback of clients of residential units during inspection and early occupancy of units.
• Provides technical support to horizontal developments (land and houses) through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with clients and their designer
  a. Conducts pre-construction coordination with clients and their designers
  b. Reviews and evaluates house plans to ensure conformity to the prescribed restrictions and design guidelines
• Signs-off the certificate of completion for the return of the construction bond
• Assists in client queries, concerns and unit modification requests
  a. Responds to client queries and requests
  b. Coordinates with different SBU’s unit modification requests
  c. Attends regular project technical group meetings to address client concerns

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer
• Good command of English and Filipino communication skills
• Excellent Client Relations skills
