We are looking for an HRIS Solutions Consultant who will support both sales and client consulting initiatives by helping companies identify HR and payroll challenges and recommending technology solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients to understand HR, payroll, and workforce management challenges
- Present and recommend HRIS solutions aligned with business requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations, discovery meetings, and client presentations
- Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during pre-sales activities

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
