What you will do:
Sales
- Achieve 100% of the Store Sales Target
- Uphold excellent customer service in store
- Selling & Customer Service: Know and execute the procedures and guidelines related to sales transactions, discounts, wrapping, exchanges, gift cards, and customer support.
- Know and execute guidelines for Client Care Roles which include managing warranty coverage, repair processes, assessments, and customer communications.
Staff Management
- Monitor the progress of staff and gives regular feedback using Daily Tracker, Client Engagement Tracker, Monthly Milestone, and Performance Appraisal.
- Conduct Onboarding and monthly Performance Evaluation for newly hired employees
- Conduct Performance Appraisal forms every Q2 and Q3 for L1 -L2 regular employees
Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising
- Ensure proper inventory in store.
- Review merchandise assortment on a regular basis. Plan and take necessary steps to optimize stock level and stock mix to reflect sales.
- Present merchandise in a manner consistent with Rimowa standards, to maximize sales and merchandise turnover in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Boutique Excellence
- Implement and follow presentation guidelines, including grooming, to project Rimowa image
- Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping both on and off the sales floor at all times.
- Oversee daily reconciliation of petty cash, cash fund and sales reports to the head of finance and Retail Manager
Communication and Reporting
- In charge of in-store communication between all stores, Customer Care, and warehouse.
- Provide all due reporting in a timely manner (Weekly submission of Employee Tracker due every Monday; Monthly submission of Monthly Milestone due every 4th day of the month)
- In charge of Briefings and Escalations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role, preferably in luxury, premium, or lifestyle retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store operations end-to-end.
