Audit Senior  

Job Summary

We are a leading accounting and business advisory organisation that is capital of providing solutions to our clients, team, shareholders and community to shape their success in a changing world.

We are looking for a senior auditor within the firms audit and assurance division. Responsibilities will include the preparation and completion of substantive audit procedures, as well as the construction of logical and accurate work papers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary audit planning
• Prepare audit budgets
• Review of internal controls and controls testing
• Perform substantive audit testing
• Prepare audit workpapers
• Statutory accounts preparation
• Preparation of statement of cashflows
• Prepare other legislative returns
• Preparation of management letters.

Required Qualifications / Experience

• CPA Qualified
• At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Exposure to accounting software including but not limited to Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and reckon

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• Exposure to audit software CaseWare
