Job Description
Areas of Responsibility:
· Support the Business Analysis unit in the preparation, analysis, and management of reports
Tasks:
The Data Analyst--
- Create new reports and maintain and improve existing reports in collaborating with business users
- Develop and maintain BI solutions
- Work with users and IT partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs
- Deliver analysis projects
- Works together with other Business Analysts under OT Commercial team to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Azure, SharePoint Online)
- Import data from various sources using MS Azure Data Factories
- Create and maintain databases in MS Azure SQL Server
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, or related field
- At least 1-year experience in an analyst role
- Good knowledge of business concepts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience creating reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in database systems and data models
- Microsoft Power BI experience is a must
- Able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Knowledge about SQL is a plus
