- Promote more coordination and cooperation between the UMN-integrated Skystar Ventures community (tenants)
- Grow and improve the Skystar Ventures Coworking Space startup and enterprise community
- Develop marketing and commercial strategies to attract more people to the Skystar Ventures Coworking Space community
- Develop partnerships and cooperative efforts with key partners to expand the Skystar Ventures community.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any major

Have at least three years' worth of experience working in the community or partnership sector.

Have high initiative and creative ideas to develop the community

Have passion for and background in business and/or marketing

Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing preferably in English
