	<li>Aggressive Market Hunting: Proactively seek out and acquire new B2B clients within the mid-scale Horeca segment through cold calling, canvassing, and networking.</li>
	<li>Lead Generation &amp; Conversion: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, converting cold leads into active buying customers.</li>
	<li>On-Site Product Demonstrations: Visit commercial kitchens to conduct hands-on product trials, proving the effectiveness of our cleaning supplies directly to chefs and decision-makers.</li>
	<li>Needs Analysis &amp; Pitching: Understand the specific cleaning and sanitation pain points of mid-sized F&amp;B businesses and pitch tailored, cost-effective product packages.</li>
	<li>Sales Target Achievement: Consistently hit or exceed monthly New Customer Acquisition targets and sales volume KPIs.</li>
	<li>Market Feedback: Gather insights on local competitors and market pricing to help the company stay competitive.</li>

<ul>
	<li>Melaksanakan aktivitas penjualan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan oleh Sales Manager di channel Coffee, dan Horeca Alcohol.</li>
	<li>Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke outlet di coffee channel, horeca alcohol channel, (coffee shop, roaster, komunitas kopi, bar, restaurant, hotel, club, gym, fitness center, sports club, stadium, komunitas olahraga, dll.) untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk dan memperluas penetrasi pasar.</li>
	<li>Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan existing clients serta mendukung proses akuisisi outlet baru di ketiga channel tersebut.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru, listing produk, serta potensi aktivasi brand di coffee outlet, maupun horeca outlet di wilayah yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.</li>
	<li>Menyusun laporan penjualan harian/mingguan serta laporan aktivitas kunjungan outlet kepada Sales Manager.</li>
</ul>

Sales Officer Non Alcohol Product (HORECA)

<ul>
	<li>Menjalankan rencana penjualan, program promosi, serta aktivitas trade marketing sesuai strategi perusahaan, khususnya untuk channel HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café/Bar), serta channel GT (General Trade) dan MT (Modern Trade) sesuai area tanggung jawab.</li>
	<li>Membangun dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan existing customer serta mendukung akuisisi outlet baru.</li>
	<li>Melakukan monitoring stok produk di outlet dan memastikan proses pemesanan berjalan dengan baik serta sesuai regulasi yang berlaku.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru, potensi listing produk, serta peluang aktivasi brand di area yang menjadi tanggung jawab.</li>
	<li>Mengelola dan mengembangkan penjualan produk Alcohol dan Non-Alcohol sesuai strategi perusahaan</li>
	<li>Memastikan implementasi program promosi dan aktivasi brand untuk produk Alcohol &amp; Non-Alcohol berjalan efektif dan tepat sasaran.</li>
	<li>Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa informasi pasar terkait tren penjualan, harga kompetitor, serta aktivitas pesaing.</li>
	<li>Menyusun laporan penjualan dan laporan aktivitas kunjungan secara berkala kepada Sales Supervisor/Manager.</li>
	<li>Bekerja sama dengan tim internal dan distributor untuk memastikan kelancaran supply, pengiriman, dan administrasi penjualan.</li>
