	<li>Manage daily operations of Server, Storage, and HCI infrastructure including health checks, monitoring, capacity management, alert handling, and housekeeping.</li>
	<li>Perform L2 troubleshooting for incidents such as host down, datastore issues, storage latency, VM performance degradation, cluster warnings, and hardware faults, ensuring recovery within SLA.</li>
	<li>Handle virtualization and HCI activities including VM provisioning, snapshot management, datastore/storage administration, resource allocation (CPU/RAM), cluster monitoring, and runbook execution.</li>
	<li>Support storage and server operations including volume/LUN provisioning, performance and capacity monitoring, hardware replacement coordination (RMA), firmware updates, and lifecycle management.</li>
	<li>Execute routine changes, basic RCA for recurring incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams (application, database, network, security), handle basic switching configuration, escalate to L3 when required, and maintain proper documentation.</li>
