I. Program Management

I. Laboratory Work Support

	<li>Prepares the materials, chemicals/reagents, apparatus and equipment needed by the students for their experiments or needed by teachers for demonstration purposes.</li>
	<li>Assists in monitoring the students’ laboratory work and responds to the routine inquiries during a laboratory class.</li>
	<li>Assists students in the use of laboratory materials and equipment for their assigned projects.</li>
	<li>Recommends and improvises materials to help in the implementation of the laboratory experiments.</li>

	<li>P​rovides guidance and counseling services to the students</li>
	<li>P​repares and updates Guidance Formation Modules</li>
	<li>I​​mplements grade level Guidance Program</li>
	<li>​C​onfers with parents and teachers whenever necessary</li>
	<li>Conducts case conferences whenever appropriate</li>
	<li>Maintains and updates the students’ individual records</li>
	<li>A​dministers group tests and conduct test interpretation sessions to students and parents</li>
	<li>M​akes referrals to specialists, when needed.</li>
	<li>P​rovides pertinent student data to school administrators for purposes of curriculum development.</li>
	<li>P​erforms any other such duties as may be required by the position in accordance with the instructions and guidelines of the Assistant Principal for Formation</li>
