Bekerja langsung di bawah Community Strategist, kamu akan berkolaborasi erat dengan Social Media Specialist untuk memastikan bahwa setiap inisiatif offline dapat didukung oleh strategi digital yang kuat, memperluas jangkauan dan dampak keterlibatan komunitas. Dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, pemahaman tentang event management, serta pendekatan yang proaktif dan fleksibel, kamu akan memainkan peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan dan menjadikan toko sebagai pusat komunitas yang aktif dan dinamis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merancang &amp; Menjalankan Aktivasi Offline

<ul>
	<li>Mengembangkan dan mengelola program interaktif berbasis komunitas seperti diskusi, gathering, workshop, dan event lainnya.</li>
	<li>Memastikan acara berjalan lancar dari perencanaan hingga eksekusi, termasuk koordinasi venue, logistik, dan kebutuhan teknis lainnya.</li>
	<li>Berkolaborasi dengan berbagai tim internal untuk mendukung keberhasilan program offline.</li>
</ul>

 

 

2. Membangun &amp; Memelihara Kemitraan Strategis

<ul>
	<li>Menjalin hubungan dengan komunitas lokal, organisasi, brand, dan mitra strategis yang relevan dengan audiens toko.</li>
	<li>Mengembangkan peluang kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal untuk mendukung dan memperkuat program offline.</li>
	<li>Memastikan setiap kemitraan yang dibangun memberikan nilai bagi komunitas serta meningkatkan engagement dan traffic ke toko.</li>

3. Mengelola Keterlibatan Komunitas Secara Langsung

<ul>
	<li>Berinteraksi secara aktif dengan pelanggan dan komunitas untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih erat.</li>
	<li>Mengumpulkan umpan balik dari peserta event dan komunitas untuk menyempurnakan pengalaman mereka.</li>
	<li>Memastikan keterlibatan komunitas berjalan secara konsisten, baik melalui interaksi langsung di toko maupun aktivitas luar jaringan (offline).</li>

4. Memantau dan Mengevaluasi Efektivitas Program

	<li>Mengukur keberhasilan event dan program komunitas berdasarkan partisipasi, umpan balik, dan dampak yang dihasilkan.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan untuk memastikan inisiatif komunitas semakin efektif dan relevan dengan audiens.</li>
	<li>Bekerja sama dengan Social Media Specialist untuk mengamplifikasi hasil event ke ranah digital dan menjaga keterlibatan audiens secara berkelanjutan.</li>

	<li>Manage and maintain the Board Member’s calendars, ensuring all meetings, events, and travel plans are efficiently scheduled and prioritized.</li>
	<li>Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.</li>
	<li>Organize and coordinate Board and management meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and minute-taking.</li>
	<li>Follow up on key action items and decisions from Board and leadership meetings to ensure timely execution.</li>
	<li>Handle confidential correspondence, contracts, and internal communications with professionalism and discretion.</li>
	<li>Act as liaison between the Board, senior management, and external partners, ensuring effective and professional communication.</li>
	<li>Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense management.</li>
	<li>Support corporate governance processes, such as maintaining Board documents, approvals, and compliance-related materials.</li>
	<li>Conduct light research and data gathering to prepare executive summaries or background information as required.</li>
	<li>Assist with special projects and events on behalf of the Board, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.</li>
	<li>Execute all purchase settlements of expenses related to Board member’s usage in daily operations.</li>
</ul>

Ad-hoc Functions:

<ul>
	<li>Managing day-to-day operation of services to all Board members including mobilizations, dining preparations and other arrangements related to Board member’s activities. with General Affairs &amp; Human Capital departments.</li>
	<li>Ensuring condition of Board member’s residences, formalities and families by coordinating with General Affair Department.</li>
	<li>Assiting Board member’s in conducting visits and other activities related to Company Clients &amp; Guests such as Networking, Seminars and Business Meetings</li>
</ul>
