About this Position

The Dry Fulfillment Excellence Associate supports operational excellence initiatives within dry warehouse operations by driving process improvements, monitoring operational performance, and supporting cross-functional projects. This role works closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Cost Control, Data, PX, Mitra Management, Facility, and Internal Audit to ensure warehouse processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed.

 

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

	<li>Support the design and implementation of warehouse process improvements for Dry Warehouse operations.</li>
	<li>Execute Process Excellence initiatives including operational productivity improvements, workflow redesign, and system enhancement projects.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Cost Control, and Data teams to support project execution and operational rollout.</li>
	<li>Support project management activities, including requirement documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.</li>
	<li>Conduct operational data analysis and performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities across inbound, picking, inventory management, and outbound fulfillment processes.</li>
	<li>Assist in warehouse layout planning, workflow optimization, and operational capacity planning for both new and existing facilities.</li>
	<li>Ensure SOP implementation and operational compliance within warehouse operations.</li>
	<li>Support pilot testing, implementation, and stabilization of new operational processes, tools, or system enhancements.</li>
	<li>Monitor operational KPIs and identify productivity gaps, inefficiencies, or operational risks.</li>

About this Position

The Vendor Acquisition Senior Associate plays a key role in building and expanding ASTRO Farm’s vendor ecosystem to ensure optimal SKU availability (especially for Fresh product). This position is responsible for end-to-end vendor sourcing, evaluation, and activation, while maintaining strong fulfillment rates through structured onboarding and vendor scoring processes. This role is ideal for someone analytical, strong in negotiation, and eager to make a direct impact on supply growth.

Job Description:

	<li>Conduct daily list generation and identify potential vendors aligned with SKU needs.</li>
	<li>Source, approach, and acquire new vendors to support business supply requirements.</li>
	<li>Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, especially during the first 1–2 months of activation.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement vendor sourcing, vendor scoring, and onboarding procedures.</li>
	<li>Evaluate vendors based on pricing, production capacity, product quality, and supply model (first-hand / second-hand).</li>
	<li>Perform vendor background checks to ensure credibility and compliance.</li>
