	<li>Manage and develop clients in the Surabaya area.</li>
	<li>Identify and establish new potential clients for cosmetic product development.</li>
	<li>Handle and follow up cosmetic product development projects with customers.</li>
	<li>Monitor project timelines to ensure successful and on-time product launches.</li>
	<li>Conduct cosmetics market research and trend analysis in Surabaya.</li>
	<li>Achieve individual and team sales targets.</li>

	<li>​Operate Nielsen (NIQ) Dashboard and other internal/external data sources to collect and manage database</li>
	<li>Extract, clean, and organize data into structured tables, trackers, and simple analysis reports to support accurate data management and business insights</li>
	<li>​Monitor and track monthly performance and competitor analysis</li>
	<li>​Create reports for Marketing, Sales and R&amp;I team</li>
	<li>​Support projects and client analysis by preparing accurate data and basic insights.</li>
