Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Plant and Facility Department located in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

As a member of the Utility Management Team, the Laboratory Technician is responsible for overseeing all chemical laboratory functions and maintenance. This includes managing laboratory results and calibration, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards, gathering and analyzing data related to laboratory results and operational output, and handling environmental data.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the Waste Water Treatment Plant. You will conduct quality control checks and perform assurance procedures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of test results. Additionally, you will ensure that the operation of the Wastewater Plant complies with all government rules and regulations.

Your role and responsibilities:

	<li>Oversee laboratory results and equipment calibration, ensuring accuracy and reliability.</li>
	<li>Maintain compliance with Internal Audit Standards and Protocols.</li>
	<li>Gather and analyze laboratory and operational data to support continuous improvement.</li>
	<li>Manage and report Environmental data as required.</li>
	<li>Conduct Quality Control and Assurance procedures for test results.</li>
	<li>Ensure the Wastewater Plant operates in compliance with government regulations.</li>
