- Mengelola pencapaian target penjualan Mortgage/PBF di cabang melalui channel agency, direct selling, dan repeat order. 
- Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan memonitor produktivitas tim Marketing Mortgage. 
- Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan sesuai potensi area serta kondisi pasar.
