Job Descriptions

We are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Account Executive to grow EF Corporate department. This person will open potential new markets and industry by ensuring that these clients get their English Training Program tailored exclusively for their staff as well as maintaining the best service experience.

Main responsibilities:

	<li>Generating and expanding new B2B opportunities across Indonesia</li>
	<li>Meeting new sales target, account growth, and retention rate</li>
	<li>Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients to achieve long term partnerships, including grow clients' performance, contract renewals, identify new opportunities, and upsell opportunities</li>
	<li>Plan, pitch, negotiate, and execute meetings, networking activities, and sales demo presentation.</li>
	<li>Focusing on high growth of B2B new sales; developing and leading a long-term sales and growth strategy</li>
	<li>Ensuring that customer service satisfaction and good client relationships are of main importance</li>
	<li>Work with cross functional department such as marketing, academic, finance, and other related stakeholders to ensure smooth deliverables.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely &amp; detailed service and sales report of corporate account performance</li>

Corporate Account Executive

ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 5 to 17 years old, with over 300,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.

Algorithmics adalah sekolah internasional programming &amp; matematika untuk anak-anak, dengan jumlah siswa lebih dari 500,000 di seluruh dunia. Kelas kami memiliki tujuan yakni membantu anak-anak untuk mengambil langkah pertama mereka dalam dunia IT dan mengembangkan kemampuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang matematika dengan metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan mengajar mereka sambil bermain dan menemukan pendekatan individu untuk setiap anak menggunakan metodologi unik dan platform online yang dikembangkan secara khusus.

 

Untuk dapat bekerja, Anda diwajibkan menguasai Bahasa Indonesia, dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Inggris.

	<li>Eksekusi rencana untuk klien yang ada dan akan hadir di kelas master</li>

Hari Kerja :

"Algorithmics" is among the top largest EdTech companies in Europe, we are growing intensively from year to year and have no plans to stop.

This year we start our project in Indonesia.

Due to the expansion of the team, we are now in search of a Regional Sales Director or Regional Sales Operation Manager (Branch Manager) English Speaking who ready to help children and teenagers find something to do in the IT world.

 

Responsibilities:

		<li>Personal sales (Looking for the client and do the dealing)</li>

		<li>Control all the marketing activities and providing regular feedback</li>
		<li>Looking for new marketing opportunities</li>
		<li>Involvement in offline marketing activities (hiring promoters, printing flyers, etc)</li>

	<li>Operational Management (Academics Role)

		<li>Control the Lead Tutor</li>

Conditions:

	<li>Vacations and holidays: 28 days of vacations. But no governmental or religious holidays. No double pay-offs.</li>
