Job Description

As our Astronaut, you will:

	<li>Define and execute end-to-end customer growth strategies, driving acquisition, adoption, retention, and advocacy.</li>
	<li>Lead marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate customer acquisition.</li>
	<li>Deliver sustainable revenue growth by optimizing costs, processes, and brand impact.</li>
	<li>Leverage customer insights and data to optimize the journey, identify new use cases, and influence product innovation.</li>
	<li>Monitor and analyze performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention, turning insights into actionable strategies.</li>
	<li>Establish clear KPIs and growth metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement at all levels.</li>
	<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and development.</li>

	<li>Continuously seek new and innovative ways to improve the event experience and exceed client expectations</li>
	<li>Manage a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback</li>
	<li>Analyse event data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning
