Profile Overview:

This role involves managing regional customer relationships, addressing queries, and driving business growth through proactive lead generation and conversion. The candidate will focus on upselling to existing customers, handling escalations, and recommending product improvements. 

Regular regional travel is required to align business operations with local needs and strengthen customer engagement. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will develop campaigns, expand the prospect database, and generate new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. 

Additionally, the role demands timely reporting to the Line Manager and a strategic approach to business development, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction in the region.

 

Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.

Cold calls to prospects are generated by a variety of outside sources.

Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Schedule appointments and demos of eZee Products/Services.

Occasionally, visit local properties to demonstrate our SAAS.

Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.

Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.

 

Key Competencies for the Role:

	<li>Sales Expertise: Proven track record with 2+ years of experience, particularly in hospitality tech or SaaS sales, with a passion for driving revenue growth.</li>
	<li>Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.</li>
	<li>Lead Generation &amp; Conversion: Skilled in identifying qualified leads, cold calling, and converting opportunities into business growth.</li>
	<li>Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication in English and regional languages, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.</li>
	<li>CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools to ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting.</li>
	<li>Time Management &amp; Multitasking: Adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and achieving sales targets efficiently.</li>

	<li>Hospitality experience / Hotel Tech or SAAS sales experience.</li>
	<li>Positive and outgoing attitude - Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.</li>
	<li>Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables (Time Management skills).</li>
	<li>Personal vehicle, laptop, and good internet connection.</li>
