Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Construction Leadership: Lead and oversee all construction activities across hospitality developments, from pre-construction and procurement through execution and handover.</li>
	<li>Project Delivery: Establish construction strategies, monitor progress and ensure delivery against approved scope, budget, programme and quality standards.</li>
	<li>Cost &amp; Commercial Control: Oversee construction budgets, cost planning, forecasting, variations and commercial performance, with a strong focus on cost efficiency.</li>
	<li>Contractor Management: Lead the selection, appointment and performance management of contractors, consultants and key project partners.</li>
	<li>Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing construction teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and relevant technical functions.</li>
	<li>Quality &amp; Technical Oversight: Ensure construction works meet design intent, technical requirements, hospitality standards and applicable regulations.</li>
	<li>Risk &amp; Problem Solving: Identify construction risks, resolve critical issues and implement recovery strategies to keep projects on track.</li>
	<li>Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management, designers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and project delivery.</li>
	<li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable building regulations, permits, health and safety requirements and company standards.</li>

	<li>International Exposure, Real Responsibility : Work closely with international leadership, consultants and development partners while having genuine influence over key construction and commercial decisions.</li>
	<li>Shape the Construction Function : Help build and strengthen the construction function within a growing development platform—not simply manage one project, but help establish the standards, processes and culture for future developments.</li>

Head of Construction

What we're looking for

<ul>
	<li>7–10+ years of QS, estimation or cost control experience.</li>
	<li>Strong construction background; hospitality, hotel or premium development experience is highly preferred.</li>
	<li>Able to independently prepare and verify BOQs and quantity take-offs.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.</li>
	<li>Good knowledge of Bali/Indonesian construction prices, materials and labour rates.</li>
	<li>Experienced in tenders, contractor comparisons, negotiations, variations and progress claims.</li>
	<li>Comfortable physically verifying quantities and completed works on site.</li>
	<li>Strong Excel skills; AutoCAD/BIM knowledge is a plus.</li>
	<li>Bahasa Indonesia essential; working English required.</li>
	<li>Extremely honest, trustworthy and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and commercial integrity.</li>
