This role is titled Customer Service, but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers. 	<li>Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations &amp; surveys</li>
	<li>Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries</li>

	<li>Ensure timely delivery of products or services in accordance with user requirements.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with vendors to confirm actual delivery schedules.</li>
	<li>Verify the quality and specifications of received products or components.</li>
