Since 2010, Gositus has helped businesses grow through websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, ERP solutions, digital transformation, and digital marketing. We work as a long-term partner, not just a vendor — to connect their digital presence, business systems, and marketing around clear goals.

Our next chapter is AI transformation — making AI the operating system behind our agency, connecting tools, knowledge, and workflows to get more done. Our focus is practical: simplify everyday work, explore better solutions, and keep raising the quality of what we deliver.

On the creative side, meet our sister company, Roku Studio, whose work spans 360° marketing, brand activations, social media, and content production. Together, we’re building an ecosystem where creativity meets tech.

We welcome fresh ideas, and the initiative to make them happen. Bring your curiosity, challenge how things are done, and help turn “what if?” into work that makes a real impact.

Gositus

We're hiring a People & Operations Officer (HRGA) who turns "who's handling this?" into "already sorted." You make the office a better place to work—with organized documents, well-managed assets, and fewer everyday headaches.

📍 Pluit, North Jakarta (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time

Gositus is a digital agency evolving into a Smart Agency, with AI built into how we think, work, and deliver. We take initiative, move quickly, get the details right, and see things through—from client projects to keeping the office running.
