Since 2010, Gositus has helped businesses grow through websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, ERP solutions, digital transformation, and digital marketing. We work as a long-term partner, not just a vendor — to connect their digital presence, business systems, and marketing around clear goals.

Our next chapter is AI transformation — making AI the operating system behind our agency, connecting tools, knowledge, and workflows to get more done. Our focus is practical: simplify everyday work, explore better solutions, and keep raising the quality of what we deliver.

On the creative side, meet our sister company, Roku Studio, whose work spans 360° marketing, brand activations, social media, and content production. Together, we’re building an ecosystem where creativity meets tech.

We welcome fresh ideas, and the initiative to make them happen. Bring your curiosity, challenge how things are done, and help turn “what if?” into work that makes a real impact.

Gositus

We're hiring a People & Operations Officer (HRGA) who turns "who's handling this?" into "already sorted." You make the office a better place to work—with organized documents, well-managed assets, and fewer everyday headaches.
If you've ever thought "there has to be a smarter way to do this"—you'll have plenty to work with here.

📍 Pluit, North Jakarta (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time

Gositus is a digital agency evolving into a Smart Agency, with AI built into how we think, work, and deliver. We take initiative, move quickly, get the details right, and see things through—from client projects to keeping the office running.
–––

🧠 AI Fluency — Our #1 Requirement

We hit our AI usage limit most weeks. If that sounds normal to you, keep reading.
You don't just ask AI questions—you build with it, automate with it, and check its work before anyone else sees it.

People & Operations (HRGA) Scope

HR Administration: Keep people processes on track—onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and performance reviews.

HR Recruitment: Help us find the right people—sourcing, screening, and interviews.

Office & Facilities: Make the office work better—comfortable, tidy, well-maintained.

Documents: Give every document a proper home—structures people can actually navigate.

Inventory & Licenses: Know what we own—assets, licenses, assignments, renewal dates.

Vendors & Purchasing: Shop like it's your own money—right vendor, right price, right quality.

Permits & Administration: Stay ahead of the paperwork—renewals before deadlines become problems.

AI & Automation: Make everyday work smarter—build and verify AI workflows across office ops, documents, and HR.
