Junior UI/UX Designer | Work from Home

LeapFroggr Inc. is a technology company that operates SeriousMD & NowServing. Together, SeriousMD & NowServing is a healthcare platform, whose sole mission is to "improve healthcare through technology."

Our company culture revolves around excellence, family and community, cooperation and sharing.

LeapFroggr Inc.

Most design jobs start with months of onboarding before you touch anything real. This one doesn't.

You'll work directly with our Design Lead on SeriousMD and NowServing — products used by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. Small team means steep learning curve, real ownership, and work that actually ships.

If you're a designer who's hungry to grow fast, this is that opportunity.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (EMR for doctors) and NowServing (healthcare marketplace for patients). Our products handle real medical workflows — scheduling, records, patient communication, payments. Design decisions here have consequences.

You'll have mentorship and support, but also real responsibility from week one.

What You'll Actually Do

Design UI/UX for web, iOS, and Android. You'll work across platforms.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop your craft.

Work with engineers to ship your designs and learn what survives implementation.

Participate in user research. Watch real doctors and patients use your work.

Contribute to our design system and learn how scalable design works.

What We Offer

Remote-friendly (distributed across the Philippines)

Health insurance

Flexible hours

Paid leave (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, bereavement)

Direct mentorship from our Design Lead

Accelerated growth — you'll learn more here in one year than three years somewhere else

How to Apply

Send your portfolio. Tell us what kind of designer you want to become — we'll tell you if we can help you get there.

Two designers. 20,000+ doctors. Millions of patients.

That's our current ratio of team to impact. If you've worked on teams where your designs disappeared into endless review cycles, this is the opposite.

SeriousMD and NowServing are healthcare products that people actually use daily.

We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own product areas end-to-end, from research to shipped pixels.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust) and NowServing (connecting patients to providers nationwide). Our products handle real medical records, real appointments, real patient care.

We're a small team by design. No layers, no approvals queue, no "let's circle back." You'll work directly with our Design Lead, engineers, and founders. What you design this week can ship next week.

What You'll Actually Do

Own UI/UX design for entire product areas across web, iOS, and Android.

Take features from user research through wireframes through polished UI through shipped product.

Build and extend our design system — we care about consistency at scale.

Collaborate daily with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed.

Run usability tests with real doctors and patients, then iterate based on what you learn.

Present your work, defend your decisions, and stay open when you're wrong.

What We Offer

Remote-friendly (distributed across the Philippines)

Health insurance

Flexible hours

Paid leave (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, bereavement)

Real ownership — your name is on the work, and the work matters

How to Apply

Send your portfolio showing your process, not just final screens. Tell us which of our products (SeriousMD or NowServing) you'd want to work on first, and why.

ALEPH PROFILE:

Hello, we noticed you taking a peek.

It all started on a stormy day in May 2006. There was rain, there was thunder, there was lightning, and there was Aleph.

Aleph is a striking group of craftsmen specialised in strategy, design and technology. We work together to plan, write and produce internet, mobile, and desktop solutions for the most daring set of clients. Bold clients who see the future of user-centric experience and engage Aleph as their rocket fuel.

ALEPH CULTURE:

We’ve grown from a garage operation to a staff strength of 300 and growing across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand; but we still maintain a boutique company feel and culture within each local market. This is what bonds us and yet frees us enough to apply our unique talents, to deliver functional and flexible solutions, to dream big and to make it happen within this part of the world.

First discovered in 2006 the Alephian is a rare species. As a highly collaborative species, the Alephian loves to gather together and exercise great creativity to accomplish large difficult projects for its counter part in the natural hierarchy: “the client”.

The Alephian’s natural habitat is in the mobile and internet space where its nimble fingers and outstanding control of Wacom pens creates beautiful websites, apps, and campaigns.

A peculiar characteristic is the Alephian ability to communicate relevant information consistently. This is highlighted by a Friday morning tradition where they gather around food and exchange knowledge. This appears to be an effort to become a better group of species.

When not at work, Alephians can be found enjoying Southeast Asia’s beautiful resorts and beaches, planning a theme party or cycling together. And if you ever walk by, put your hand up. Alephians love giving high fives.
