As a key member of the Indonesia marketing team, the Event Activation Officer / Event Coordinator will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and promoting over 50 Odoo product events, known as Odoo Business Show (previously Roadshow), across Indonesia. This role will also involve organizing our participation in trade shows or exhibitions where Odoo is an exhibitor and sponsor. Additionally, you will assist in organizing webinars to promote our brand and product in various markets. The primary goal of this position is to ensure successful online and offline events with high attendance, an exceptional attendee experience, and ultimately, to increase product awareness and generate leads.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
