YSU MARKETING CORPORATION was established on January of 2000, but trading started in the year 1995 as a supplier only of styrowares and sando bag to local end users. This company was conceived as a "One Stop Packaging Center" which aims to provide the customers a variety of food packaging concepts. The company focuses on customized packaging such as printed styro wares, cake boxes, and plastic sando bags. Later on, due to some demand of industrial packaging, the company decided to carry packaging tapes, stretch film, aluminum foil, sticker and labels, and some allied products to cater small and medium scale businesses.

Job Summary

This is a full-time role based in Northern Mindanao. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth, strengthen brand equity, and increase sales performance across distribution channels.

This role ensures alignment between brand positioning, customer engagement within a highly competitive FMCG environment. The position requires strong strategic thinking, market analysis capability, and hands-on execution in both brand-building programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

<ul>
	<li>Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company growth objectives.</li>
	<li>Lead brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.</li>
	<li>Manage product portfolio strategy including new product launches, rebranding, and product lifecycle management.</li>
	<li>Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.</li>
	<li>Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.</li>
</ul>

2. Market &amp; Business Analysis

<ul>
	<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies.</li>
	<li>Identify growth opportunities across key distribution channels (modern trade, general trade, distributors, B2B accounts).</li>
	<li>Track industry trends within the FMCG and food packaging sector.</li>
	<li>Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to management.</li>
</ul>

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.</li>
	<li>Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with suppliers and external agencies for marketing materials and campaign execution.</li>
