	<li>Ensure that pick up, delivery &amp; processing activities from customers run according to SOP and SLA which has been set</li>
	<li>Ensure that reception and processes at the hub run according to SOP</li>
	<li>Ensure the availability of fleet and drivers according to the specified number and time</li>
	<li>Monitoring undelivery packages.</li>
	<li>Ensure that all operational administration at the Hub/branch operations is recorded and stored completely and neatly</li>
	<li>Handle customer complaint investigations that cannot be handled by the team</li>
	<li>Operational dashboard monitoring</li>
	<li>Ensure the availability of human resources to support operations at the Hub/Branch operations</li>
	<li>Reprimand and provide guidance to employees who violate Company Regulations</li>
	<li>Monitor the achievement of KPIs for each employee for whom he is responsible</li>
	<li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly attendance recaps.</li>
