	Mencari dan merekrut BA (business agent) / agen / mitra baru BFI dengan profil yang tepat seperti dealer atau showroom yang merupakan orang atau pihak kedua yang bisa mempermudah menghubungkan dengan calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pinjaman dana dengan jaminan BPKB mobil atau motor.
	</li>
	<li>
	Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan BA / agen / kemitraan dengan pihak lain.
	</li>
	<li>
	Membina dan membantu BA / agen / mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi Agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur.
	</li>
	<li>
	Menjaga hubungan baik dengan BA / agen / mitra BFI untuk meningkatkan loyalitas BA / agen / mitra BFI yang sudah direkrut.
	</li>
	<li>
	Melakukan kordinasi dengan supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas harian termasuk kunjungan dengan BA / agen / mitra.
