PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.

About the role 
 
We are a multinational financing company that currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Pos Head to join our team. As the Pos Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our branch located in Jambi. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

 

What you'll be doing

<ul>
	<li>Manage and direct all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers/dealers</li>
	<li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales target, profit ratio/interest rate target, financing quality (with minimum non-performing financing)</li>
	<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency</li>
	<li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment within the branch</li>
	<li>Collaborate with other business units to support the overall objectives of the organization</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedure</li>

	<li>Menganalisa, memastikan calon debitur sesuai dengan target market dan dapat diproses lebih lanjut</li>

	<li>Melakukan proses kredit sesuai dengan koridor dan SLA yang ditentukan</li>
	<li>Mengelola debitur yang ada serta mengembangkan referral dari debitur existing</li>
	<li>Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, usaha, agunan), termasuk monitoring aging tunggakan</li>
	<li>Melakukan penagihan (desk collection, dan kunjungan) atas angsuran kredit</li>
	<li>Membuat dan melakukan Rencana Tindak Lanjut pada debitur bermasalah.</li>
