Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

<ul>
	<li>Memastikan manajemen target harian tim Field Collection terlaksana, mencapai target dan dilaporkan dengan tepat waktu,</li>
	<li>Memberikan dukungan (support) untuk saran, ide dan/atau masukan untuk prospek kontrak agar target tercapai sesuai atau lebih dari target,</li>
	<li>Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan harian pencapaian tim,</li>
	<li>Mengerti, memahami dan monitor portfolio kontrak dan pemetaan area jangkauan tim,</li>
	<li>Sebagai coach dan juga driver/pendorong untuk semua Field Collector,</li>
	<li>Berkolaborasi dengan pihak - pihak terkait (Trainer, HR, Analis) untuk manajemen tim dan manajemen kontrak untuk menunjang strategi pencapaian target yang maksimal.</li>
