English 1 (Previously EF English First) SWARA Group opened its first franchise center in Pluit, North Jakarta in 1997. 27 years later, English 1 Swara continues to be the largest group in the Greater Jakarta region, having 19 Centers in the city and its surrounding area. We currently have 9 Centers in the capital city of Jakarta, 6 in the thriving suburb of Tangerang, 4 in the satellite city of Bogor, and 1 in Depok. With a dynamic and expanding team, we established our own Head Office in Tangerang area to help support our English 1 Centers in continuing to grow as the leading provider of English language education in Indonesia.

	<li>Produce Document (System/Workflow/SOP) as based document for system development.</li>
	<li>Constructing technical diagram (ERD/Class Diagram/etc.), analyzing system capabilities, and gap analysis.</li>
	<li>Monitor running business process and workflow system, and enhance for system effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Manage IT project execution and coordination, including SIT,UAT, and go live.</li>
	<li>Implement projects by gathering and analyzing user requirements, and providing training.</li>
	<li>Oversee project management from planning to completion, including error case analysis.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot errors occurring after project go-live.</li>
