The SHE Supervisor is responsible for carrying out all the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety goals and objectives of promoting, creating, and maintaining compliance to EHS rules and regulations. The position ensures the implementation of EHS programs to protect and preserve the environment, and safeguard the health and safety of the employees and the company.

 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Manages the environment, health and safety units through constant monitoring, checking and validation of activities done.</li>
	<li>Regularly reviews EHS standards and communicates with EHS regulators and Legal department to avoid Notice of Violation.</li>
	<li>Handles renewal of EHS permits and licenses and constantly monitors to avoid fines and penalties.</li>
	<li>Conducts proper implementation of EHS policies and management programs through guidance and advisory, orientation and communications to ensure employee participation.</li>
	<li>Checks and monitors the effectiveness of EHS management programs through Plant inspection, audit and validation if properly implemented.</li>
	<li>Maintains constant updating of EHS activities to Management through regular reporting to ensure that EHS activities are communicated.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with other functional teams through written and verbal communications to address EHSS non-compliance issues.</li>
	<li>Prepares summary of EHSS Plans, Programs, incident reports, accomplishment reports and apply mitigation/ innovations to succeeding programs.</li>
	<li>Analyzes EHSS data by comparing with standards and recommend action plans.</li>
	<li>Recommends, plans and implements EHSS programs that are in line with the corporate goal of attaining World Class Status.</li>
	<li>Ensures participation and support to the initiatives of government regulators to maintain the good reputation of the company.</li>
	<li>Prepares and summarizes EHS budget to optimize resources and maintain compliance.</li>
