Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties to potential clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing professional advice on property options to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Identify and approach potential clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.</li>
	<li>Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers or tenants.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors.</li>
	<li>Negotiate offers and close property sales or leasing deals in line with company objectives.</li>
	<li>Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure effective promotion of property listings.</li>
	<li>Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and necessary documentation.</li>
	<li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li>
	<li>Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, events, and meetings.</li>
	<li>Provide timely reports and updates on sales activities and performance.</li>

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

	<li>Menangani operasi tour harian (end-to-end).</li>
	<li>Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan dengan vendor (akomodasi, destinasi wisata, transportasi, restoran, dsb).</li>
	<li>Membawa dan mengelola basis pelanggan eksisting (domestik &amp; internasional).</li>
	<li>Memberikan pengalaman perjalanan otentik &amp; berkualitas bagi tamu internasional maupun domestik.</li>
</ul>

TIM OPERASIONAL TOUR (2–3 Posisi)

<ul>
	<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.</li>
	<li>Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.</li>
	<li>Handle negotiations and close high-value property deals.</li>
	<li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.</li>
</ul>

Sales Manager

<ul>
	<li>Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations.</li>
	<li>Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.</li>
	<li>Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.</li>
	<li>Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</li>
	<li>Support audits and provide necessary documentation.</li>
</ul>

Accounting  Staff

<ol>
	<li>Menyusun, menjalankan, dan mengoptimalkan kampanye digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). 
	 </li>
	<li>Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi konten marketing (copywriting, blog posts, social media content, basic visual materials) berdasarkan ide dari Founder &amp; Tour Operations team untuk authentic storytelling. 
	 </li>
	<li>Membangun branding otentik perusahaan sebagai premium cultural tour provider. 
	 </li>
	<li>Menghasilkan qualified leads sesuai target bulanan dan menjaga efisiensi cost per lead. 
	 </li>
	<li>Berkolaborasi dengan tim Tour Operations untuk memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang konsisten dan berkualitas.</li>
