Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties to potential clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing professional advice on property options to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 
 
Financial Management &amp; Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and inventory accounting.</li>
	<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in accordance with PSAK and company policies.</li>
	<li>Consolidate financial reports for hospitality units and provide analysis to management. 
	 
	Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Cost Control</li>
	<li>Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for hospitality operations.</li>
	<li>Monitor departmental expenses and conduct variance analysis against budgets.</li>
	<li>Implement and maintain effective cost control systems for Rooms, F&amp;B, and other operating departments.</li>
	<li>Work closely with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and profitability. 
	 
	Operational Finance &amp; Controls</li>
	<li>Ensure proper revenue recording, daily income audit review, and cash handling procedures.</li>
	<li>Oversee inventory controls for F&amp;B, operating supplies, and assets.</li>
	<li>Maintain internal controls, SOPs, and compliance with hospitality accounting standards.</li>
	<li>Review contracts, vendor agreements, and pricing from a financial perspective</li>
</ul>

Tax &amp; Compliance

<ul>
	<li>​​​​​​​Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations related to hospitality operations (PPN, PPh, service charge).</li>
	<li>Coordinate tax reporting and filings with the Tax team or external consultants.</li>
	<li>Support tax audits, financial audits, and regulatory reviews.</li>
</ul>

Cash Flow &amp; Treasury

<ul>
	<li>Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and payment approvals.</li>
	<li>Monitor AR aging, credit control, and timely collections.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with banks and financial institutions as required

</ul>

Team Leadership &amp; Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team at the property or cluster level.</li>
	<li>Establish performance targets and ensure adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.</li>
	<li>Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Operations, HR, and Procurement teams.</li>
</ul>

Finance Manager

a. Content Creation

<ul>
	<li>Plan and create content for the company’s social media accounts.</li>
	<li>Develop ideas for photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions</li>
	<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity</li>
</ul>

b. Content Production &amp; Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Work with Content Creator to produce strong visuals</li>
	<li>Support content planning for paid ads, collaborations, and events</li>
</ul>

c. Publishing &amp; Management

<ul>
	<li>Maintain consistent posting schedules</li>
	<li>Manage daily interactions, comments, and community engagement</li>
	<li>Monitor trends and identify content opportunities</li>
</ul>

d. Campaigns &amp; Collaborations

<ul>
	<li>Support digital campaigns and partnerships</li>
	<li>Working with Public Relation to help manage brand collaborations</li>
</ul>

e. Analytics &amp; Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Track performance using platform insights</li>
	<li>Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth</li>
	<li>Provide recommendations to improve future content and campaigns</li>

	<li>Melakukan pendataan, pemantauan kondisi, dan pengelolaan aset perusahaan secara berkala.</li>
