Key Accounts Business Operations Manager

The Cost Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the review and monitoring of the Construction Costs her assigned projects.

	<li>Monitors compliance on the completeness and timely submission of Monthly Reports (including Cost &amp; Change Orders Monitoring, Progress Photos, CM Directors Report etc.)</li>
	<li>Works together with Assistant Cost Engineering Manager for the monitoring of the Percentage of Completion (POC) Certifications of all projects including Project S-Curve Schedule’s monitoring and EOT (Extension of Time) monitoring.</li>
	<li>Reviews the Cost Monitoring Reports and Change Order Reports of her assigned projects (including the monitoring of Supplemental Budgets, Budget Transfers) and works together with the Cost Monitoring Team for the generation of the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report.</li>
	<li>Assist in the compilation of the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report</li>
	<li>Coordinates and reconciles all cost monitoring concern of her assigned projects to the Construction Management Division (e.g. Project Managers / Officers / External Construction Managers), and Accounting Department</li>
	<li>Monitors and reviews Change Orders of her assigned projects for endorsement</li>

Cost Engineering Supervisor

The QS Evalutation Supervisor is responsible for the administration of the whole bidding process, including the assessment of Change Orders, Guaranteed Material Quantity (GMQ), and other related tasks assigned. He / She will take the lead and shall work with the key members of the project team and organization to meet project requirements.

Learning & Development Supervisor

The Treasury Assistant is responsible for timely and accurate receipting of cash, dated checks and credit card transactions received over the counter and on offsite/marketing events. She is in-charge of monitoring all debit and credit transactions in the Company’s OTC Peso and Dollar bank accounts. She ensures timely coordination of unreceipted credits with concerned departments for immediate regularization

	<li>Accepts payments from walk in buyers and Sales agents for Reservation Fees (RF), Downpayments, Other Charges and miscellaneous fees for Trade related transactions and ensures timely and accurate issuance of Official Receipts (ORs).</li>
	<li>Accepts payments for Non Trade related transactions such as medical fees, sale of uniforms, Cash Advance liquidations, rental fees, etc. and ensures timely and accurate issuance of ORs.</li>
	<li>Deposits all cash and check collections receipted/unreceipted for the day and ensures timely coordination with the bank in case of any discrepancies between the actual cash and checks forwarded for deposits and the validated deposit slips.</li>
	<li>Ensures timely transmittal of Cash Receipts Register packages to the Accounting Department for proper recording in the Company’s books.</li>
