About the role 
 
We are a multinational financing company that currently seeking an experienced and dynamic POS Head to join our team. As the POS Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our branch located in Samarinda. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

	<li>Manage and direct all day-to-day POS operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers/dealers</li>
	<li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve POS sales target, profit ratio/interest rate target, financing quality (with minimum non-performing financing)</li>
	<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency</li>
	<li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment within the POS</li>
	<li>Collaborate with other business units to support the overall objectives of the organization</li>
