The Cost Controller will work closely with project managers, finance teams, engineers, procurement teams, and international stakeholders to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and financial targets.

	<li>Prepare and maintain project cost reports and forecasts.</li>
	<li>Track actual costs against approved budgets and identify variances.</li>
	<li>Analyze cost trends and provide recommendations to project teams.</li>
	<li>Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.</li>
	<li>Monitor commitments, purchase orders, invoices, and project expenses.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Engineering teams.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost control records and documentation.</li>
	<li>Prepare regular cost reports for management and international stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Identify potential cost overruns and financial risks.</li>
	<li>Support change orders, variations, claims, and contract-related cost assessments.</li>
	<li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project cost control procedures.</li>
	<li>Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.</li>

Cost Controller

	<li>Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.</li>
	<li>Monitor office supplies and assist with general office operations.</li>
	<li>Organize events, meetings, and business-related activities.</li>
	<li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.</li>

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and understand customer requirements</li>
	<li>Develop and recommend appropriate technical solutions based on client needs</li>
	<li>Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and supporting documentation</li>
	<li>Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients</li>
	<li>Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales cycle</li>
	<li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate project requirements and deliverables</li>
	<li>Respond to technical inquiries and address customer concerns</li>
	<li>Assist in preparing bid documents, project specifications, and cost estimates</li>
	<li>Support the successful transition of awarded projects to the implementation team</li>
	<li>Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings</li>

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the efficient operational delivery of advanced skin solutions that work within the clinic. You will manage every aspect of the day to day clinic operations, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for patients, whilst driving sales and improving staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>To lead, motivate and manage clinic staff to encourage a high performing team – Appraise, encourage and support clinic staff – Ensure all staff are trained effectively and manage performance/conflict where necessary.</li>

	<li>Ensure continual review of administration and operational procedures within clinic to certify full health and safety within clinic while increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic</li>
