Production Planning &amp; Execution - Develop and optimize monthly/weekly production schedules based on CKD arrival and sales demand. - Monitor OEE, labor utilization, and capacity ramp-up to meet output targets. 2. Shop Floor Management - Implement SOPs, 5S, and safety protocols; resolve line stoppages (e.g., mulfunction, material shortage). - Coordinate 3rd-party resources (manpower, materials, equipment). 3. Cost &amp; Performance Control - Analyze production costs (labor, waste, energy) and propose improvement plans. - Train and evaluate local teams to enhance efficiency. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration - Align with China supply chain on production progress and issues. - Work with QA to address process defects.

	<li>Manage the transportation of raw materials from suppliers to our production facilities</li>
	<li>Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise supply chain logistics</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any procurement or logistics issues</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to raw material procurement and transportation</li>
	<li>Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li>

Raw Material Procurement Planning and Transportation Staff

	<li>Maintain the implementation of QMS ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 in company</li>
	<li>Maintain the implementation of product certification (SNI, JIS, BIS, MS, TIS, etc.) and shipbuilding (BKI, ABS, DNV, etc.)</li>
	<li>Implement document control through ISO Documentation System</li>
	<li>Prepare management review material and follow-up management representative comment</li>
	<li>Communicate document and record charges to related departments</li>
	<li>Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality</li>
	<li>Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products</li>
	<li>Analyzing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement</li>
	<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions</li>
	<li>Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices</li>
	<li>Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards</li>
	<li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management system</li>
