Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Support Associate, you will be assisting in handling and booking sales leads, confirming appointments, and coordinating with our sales team, which means handling and monitoring inbound calls, lead qualifying, data entry, and support for the sales team in the US. You will also be responsible for being the back-end support for the sales team, assisting them with internal projects and/or tasks that are designed to increase efficiency and productivity.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Specific Tasks

<ul>
	<li>Qualify inbound sales leads.</li>
	<li>Book and schedule appointments for the sales team.</li>
	<li>Follow up with leads via email and/or phone.</li>
	<li>Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist potential clients.</li>
	<li>Organize and track lead flow, ensuring no opportunity is missed.</li>
	<li>Update Salesforce (CRM system) to maintain data integrity.</li>
	<li>Ensure smooth coordination between sales representatives and sales leads.</li>
	<li>Help with data tasks.</li>

General Tasks

	<li>Follow the daily tasks and be on top of emails, calls, and timelines.</li>

	<li>Follow the structure and processes of everyday tools, including but not limited to Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Salesforce.</li>

	<li>Notify your team leader of time-off requests or emergencies promptly.</li>

Inbound Sales Support Associate

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Team Lead, you will be involved in leading and mentoring Sales Support Representatives and Data Researchers to improve performance and productivity while ensuring alignment and meeting organizational standards. In this role, you will also oversee the identification of new business opportunities and support Account Executives in their initiatives. Additionally, your role requires maintaining updated documentation of processes, promoting best practices, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and technological enhancement.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

General Tasks

<ul>
	<li>Follows the daily tasks and be on top of emails, calls, and timelines.</li>
	<li>Follows the structure and processes of daily tools – Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.</li>
	<li>Uses Confluence to document training programs, current processes, updates, and best practices related to Business Development backend operations.</li>
	<li>Keeps updated on tasks and processes and delegates to team members.</li>
	<li>Collaborates with senior leadership to create strategies that enhance the overall performance of the Business Development function.</li>
	<li>Supports Business Development and the Account Executives' (US and UK) initiatives.</li>
	<li>Ensures tasks are carried out according to organizational guidelines, standards, and best practices.</li>
	<li>Acts as the key decision-maker for urgent issues related to team responsibilities.</li>
	<li>Assists with projects on an as-needed basis.</li>
	<li>Maintains a clean and functional workstation.</li>
	<li>Acknowledges updates and announcements.</li>
	<li>Approves time off requests.</li>
	<li>Meets with the management team to consistently improve practices between the US and Asia.</li>
</ul>

Specific Tasks

<ul>
	<li>Oversees the Business Development team and coordinates team schedules.</li>
	<li>Conducts regular one-on-one meetings and evaluations to provide feedback and address individual/team challenges.</li>
	<li>Develops training programs for onboarding new team members and ongoing team development.</li>
	<li>Makes use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to gather contact information for outbound campaigns.</li>
	<li>Sets up and tracks email campaigns for both the New Logo and the UK Sales team.</li>
	<li>Responds to customer emails, if necessary.</li>
	<li>Establishes goals for the team and ensures they hit them.</li>
	<li>Tracks key performance metrics (KPIs) for both the team and individual team members.</li>
	<li>Conducts market research to identify and segment target prospects, build and refine lead lists, and set up and personalize outbound campaigns (email, calls, social media)</li>
	<li>Runs A/B tests to optimize performance, track key campaign metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Updates Salesforce records to help the sales process and maintain data integrity.</li>
	<li>Maintains Business Development and UK Sales Dashboard and creates reports as needed.</li>
