	<li>Mendorong penjualan dan meningkatkan produktivitas ruang jual melalui active selling dan B2B</li>
	<li>Melakukan kegiatan dan aktivitas penjualan digital</li>
	<li>Menjalankan fungsi SPI (Sistem Pengendalian Internal)</li>
	<li> Analisa counter (omset harian, 10 best seller)v Analisa pasar dan pesaing (harga dan produk) v Analisa produk (best seller, new arrival, status produk) v Analisa omset dan pengunjung v Strategi dan program kerja untuk mencapai target vMemberikan laporan dan evaluasi bulanan (progress report), antara lain:</li>
	<li>Memastikan operasional toko berjalan dengan lancar, antara lain mengatur jadwal karyawan, memastikan kesiapan sistem operasional, mengontrol ketersediaan produk dan kerapihan display, melakukan perubahan display dan visual merchandising, memastikan pelayanan dan penanganan keluhan berjalan baik</li>
	<li>Mencari dan maintain pelanggan</li>
	<li>Memastikan order customer terpenuhi</li>
	<li>Negosiasi dan penawaran produk kepada customer</li>
