The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

Manage a diverse number of teams from multiple disciplines (senior-level creative, strategy, account and production departments) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop project scopes + objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.

Budget, schedule and manage projects from conception to completion: includes ongoing calendar and timeline management, maintaining budgets, assessing project needs and overall project progression.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools + techniques, communicate updates and report progress to senior leadership + clients

Manage relationships with all stakeholders: act as central point of contact for internal teams (keeper of the process), clients and third party partners.

Ensure resource availability + allocation, while removing roadblocks as they occur.
