Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Officer with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of building and improving HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires someone who can balance operational execution with employee support while helping leadership strengthen company culture and organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition &amp; Lifecycle

<ul>
	<li>End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers</li>
	<li>Run onboarding, orientation, and offboarding (including exit interviews and clearances)</li>
	<li>Prepare contracts and employee documentation</li>
	<li>Support employer branding and hiring channels</li>
</ul>

HR Operations &amp; Compliance

<ul>
	<li>Maintain employee records and HR systems in line with the Data Privacy Act</li>
	<li>Oversee timekeeping, leaves, and payroll coordination</li>
	<li>Administer HMO, insurance, and government-mandated benefits</li>
	<li>Manage HR vendors and HR budget</li>
	<li>Lead compensation reviews and salary benchmarking</li>

Policy, Employee Relations &amp; Labor Compliance

	<li>Draft and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor law</li>
