1.1. Operational Execution &amp; Planning

	<li>Mengimplementasikan strategi dan rencana kerja tahunan departemen Operations sesuai arahan VP of Operations.</li>
	<li>Menyusun rencana operasional bulanan dan mingguan terkait instalasi, maintenance, dan customer service SPKLU.</li>

	<li>Mengembangkan dan menerapkan inisiatif peningkatan efisiensi operasional berbasis data (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).</li>
	<li>Mengusulkan inovasi proses kerja dan digitalisasi tools operasional (ERP, CMMS, Monitoring Platform).</li>
	<li>Menyusun laporan kinerja bulanan operations untuk disampaikan kepada VP dan CEO.</li>

	<li>Menjamin seluruh aktivitas operasional mematuhi standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) serta regulasi pemerintah terkait infrastruktur energi/kelistrikan.</li>

	<li>Melakukan evaluasi risiko (risk assessment) untuk setiap proyek baru dan kegiatan maintenance.</li>
