<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Develops strategy of material procurement including sourcing and fostering suppliers.</li>
	<li>Manages procurement process activities (vendor invitation, bidding, negotiation, contract preparation, contract making and follow up of the contracts).</li>
	<li>Manages the evaluation and analysis of user’s material order.</li>
	<li>Finds new competitive (potential) suppliers in local and overseas and evaluates the suppliers.</li>
	<li>Manages administration process of material procurement and operate procurement system [E-Proc]</li>
	<li>Monitors the delivery of material to make sure it is arrived on schedule.</li>
