About this Position
We are looking for a Freelance SOP Deployment to support the development and implementation of operational SOPs across Hub & Warehouse operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create clear process documentation, support SOP socialization, and ensure operational procedures are properly implemented in the field.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Support the development and refinement of operational SOPs for fulfillment and warehouse processes.
- Create SOP documents end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment, flowcharts, process mapping, and procedure narratives.
- Collaborate with Hub & Warehouse teams to gather information and validate operational procedures.
- Conduct SOP socialization sessions and support implementation monitoring during site visits.
- Ensure SOP documentation is properly formatted, organized, and version-controlled.
- Utilize digital/AI tools to improve documentation efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related majors.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and have good communication skills.
- Familiar with SOP development, flowchart creation, or process documentation is a plus.
- Able to use Google Workspace and flowchart tools (Visio, Draw io, etc.).
- Tech-savvy and familiar with AI tools for administrative/documentation work.
- Willing to work on a 6-month freelance contract.
- Willing to work hybrid (WFO 2x per week) and travel to Hub/Warehouse in Jadetabek area as needed.
