- Collaborating with manager and consultants to effectively document SRS (System Requirements Specification)
- Ensuring that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, manuals, periodicals, etc.
- Weekly meeting with user to accommodate any change of requirements before the project started
- Checking and analyzing derived requirements that meet the customers requests
- Outlining specifications of the requirements using standard templates for both cases and detailed software
- Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools
- Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution as required
- Assisting with the development and preparation of the organization strategy and general business planning
- Maintain contact with internal and external “client/customers” relating to analysis
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist project area with regulatory work
- Complete data review and analysis
- Troubleshoot issues related to a client’s account
- Work directly with IT for the testing of new system enhancements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having an experience min 6 month as Business Analyst
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having basic with technical skills
- Understanding of databases and networks
- Good on planning, organizing and structuring work
- Good analytical and evaluative skills
- Having innovative solutions to problems within assignments
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
