- Reconcile advertising receivables from KompasTV Jakarta and Sales-Gov clients, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of all accounts.
- Monitor and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Verify that all client payments are posted correctly to the company's accounts and reflect in the company's financial statements.
- Generate regular reports on outstanding receivables, payment statuses, and any potential risks related to unpaid debts.
- Assist in budget management and financial planning as related to receivables and client accounts.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on receivables and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially related to accounts receivable and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with advertising or media industry receivables is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
