- Develop and execute strategic brand campaigns for Kompascom, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost Kompascom’s performance across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.), focusing on growing engagement and brand awareness.
- Establish and manage partnerships for brand campaign distribution, collaborating with media, influencers, and digital platforms to maximize reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners to ensure effective campaign exposure and mutual collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate collaborative campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.
- Create and implement innovative campaigns across all social media platforms, introducing new strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an active and engaged community of young volunteers.
- Foster strong relationships with community members, influencers, and local organizations to support program initiatives.
- Design, plan, and execute regular programs focused on volunteering for community.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Understand and eager to learn digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Understand and eager to learn campaign management tools, content creation, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Eager to develop innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for building media and partner relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
