Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with all related policies and guidelines and ensure 100% Inventory accuracy.
- Manage daily activity updates, stock movement, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and space optimization.
- Maintain daily records of company equipment and inventory across multiple branches, and act as a liaison between corporate departments and the local branch.
- Experience with Electronic/digital (EDC) equipment & parts.
- Provide line management for warehouse operatives and enforce warehouse disciplines.
- Proactively train, evaluate, and motivate the inventory shop-floor team/associates (including put away, cycle count, and picking).
- Ensure continuous improvement and take prompt action on any complaints that arise.
- Ensure that targets and deadlines are clearly understood and achieved.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management
- Proven track record of success in implementing and maintaining efficient inventory control systems
- Experience with inventory management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
