IT FIELD ENGINEER  

As a IT Field Engineer is responsible for delivering technical support and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems at client sites or within a company's infrastructure. The role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service, as you will be the point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. This position involves traveling to various locations to install, troubleshoot, and support IT systems and resolve issues on-site.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of computer networking, including setting up routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Have knowledge in Windows, Linux, or macOS, and managing servers.
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and other hardware devices.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, security protocols, and basic cybersecurity concepts (e.g., malware protection, encryption, etc.).
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies for managing virtual environments.
• Knowledge of platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is increasingly desirable.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware, software, or network systems.
