Provide Consultation, Solutions, Strategy, and media plan for our Sellers on Renos to achieve their business KPIs target also lift their GMV, No. of order, CVR% Grow seller’s business by utilizing Renos marketing assets: Website placements, Social media Marketing, Performance marketing Realtime Analyze & Monitor the campaign performance data to improve seller performance Work cross-functional with other teams - Marketing team, Category Management team, Product team Creating Packages that align with commercial team P&L and budgeting Be a platform expert and always have an eye to explore new opportunity to drive & grow business

* Help to define vision and strategy for our platform & specify features and functionality * Share knowledge and learn about our customers * Write specifications and ensure all actors and use cases experience high quality Itemize * Prioritize and organize backlog and ongoing development plans and estimate each deliverable * Create dashboards for yourself and the wider team to monitor progress against goals. * Develop new data-driven marketing products for attracting new buyers and sellers and for inspiring and converting existing ones * Evaluate existing marketing approaches to find opportunities for optimization as well as utilizing new data science techniques * Work closely with Business, Marketing, Seller & Buyer team, Technology, data team & Operation to increase the user engagement across all organic marketing platforms * Create and manage documentation (quarterly roadmap/lookbacks, sprint plans/retrospectives)

Manage and ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities of the Finance Department Perform a full spectrum of Finance accounting functions for RENOS, including preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages and managing the internal review for these documents. Support completion of GST return, statutory audit, tax filings and other compliance reporting. Work collaboratively with other functional teams to support business strategies and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues, to ensure auditor’s agreement with the company’s decisions on accounting disclosures and issues. Coordination of annual external audits and quarterly reviews for subsidiaries. Supervise local accounting standards application, issue identification and resolution. Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period. Subject matter expert for key systems, including suggesting improvement areas. Awareness of internal control will be an advantage. Participate in projects as required.
